The Maintenance and Classification of Press

There are many ways to classify Presser according to different uses and principles. Here are some of the main classifications:

1. Centrifugal press
Centrifugal press extracts juice from fruits or vegetables by rotating at high speed. This type of machine is often used to make juice because it can extract juice quickly, but some nutrients may be lost due to heating.

2. Slow juicer (cold press)
Slow juicer extracts juice by squeezing at low speed, effectively retaining the nutrients of the fruit. Suitable for squeezing juice and processing some nuts and green vegetables.

3. Screw juicer
Screw juicer uses the principle of screw pressing to compress fruits and vegetables through spiral blades to extract juice. Suitable for processing various fruits, vegetables, and even nuts.

4. Hydraulic oil press
Hydraulic oil press is mainly used to extract vegetable oils, such as peanut oil, sesame oil, etc. It squeezes the oil through hydraulic pressure, which can effectively increase the oil yield while retaining more nutrients.

Once a day

• Check whether all safety devices such as the door lock, emergency stop switch and limit switch of the press are functioning properly.
• Clean the operation screen, clean the filter screen of the control cabinet, clean the filter screen of the water tank, and visually check whether there are leaks in the entire hydraulic system.
• Check whether the connecting bolts are tight.

Clean the water tank recovery pump once a month.

• Check and clean the water bag (use a rag and soapy water).
• Clean the surface of the hydraulic cylinder piston (use a rag and hydraulic oil).
• Check whether the hydraulic oil level is normal.
• Use a high-pressure water gun to clean the press, including the water bag, the discharge belt, the entire water tank, the surrounding cover plate baffle, etc.

Once a year

• Thoroughly check and tighten all bolts.
• Replace the air filter oil filter and replace the hydraulic oil (Tellus S2 VX46).
• Check and replace the high-pressure hydraulic oil pipe.
