3 Kinds of Dosing Device

Based on the level of automation, dosing device can be divided into 3 types:

• Half automatic ( Material can be PP or Stainless steel)
• Fully automatic

Half automatic and manual types are more economical and practical. The specific model selection based on the investment cost and operation cost. However, the most common used type is fully automatic PAM dosing device which will increase production efficiency. 

PAM fully automatic dosing device is a complete equipment with automatic control of dosing, stirring and liquid delivery.

Working structure principle
PAM fully automatic dosing device is mainly composed of solution tank, agitator, metering pump level gauge, electric control cabinet pipeline, valve, safety valve, back pressure valve, check valve, pulsation damper, pressure gauge, Y-type filter device, etc.

It is configured in the mixing box according to the required concentration of the flocculant. After being mixed evenly by the agitator, it is put into the solution tank, and the prepared solution is delivered to the sludge screw press by the metering system. It can be based on the requirements of different user processes to design, configure necessary components, and realize automatic remote control and other functions.
