The sludge dewatering machine consists of below parts:
Coagulation tank: uniform mud-drug mixer is set to avoid waste of chemicals; curved inflow device is added to avoid waste of chemicals.
Spiral shaft: The central shaft is made of high-temperature and high-pressure forging as a whole to ensure that the shaft is strong and durable. The surface of the spiral blade is made by wear-resistant overlay welding and heat treatment process, and the contact surface Vickers hardness can reach more than 800 degrees. The spiral shaft is machined by large lathe to ensure the concentricity and precision of the shaft; the second special lathe is used for grinding and correcting the overlay layer, which also plays the role of smooth overlay surface and reduces friction.
Shims: all are machined by CNC lathe, the tolerance between fixed and movable rings is within 0.02mm.
The movable and fixed ring pieces are cut by laser cutting machine with high precision and polished to increase the service life. According to the special requirements of customers, heat treatment can be carried out to increase the Vickers hardness of the ring piece from 1300 to 1500 degrees (conventional material table is only 990 degrees), which strengthens the corrosion resistance of the ring piece and makes the ring piece not corrode by reacting with chloride ions.
Main body rotating speed: adjustable by frequency converter, rotating speed from 1 to 4 rpm, the reducer is made of low-noise and high-efficiency domestic and foreign famous products to guarantee stable quality and easy maintenance.
Flushing device: Composed of spray pipe and spray nozzle, the spraying range covers the whole stacked screw body, each nozzle can be replaced, both manual and automatic adjustment combined.
Automatic control and protection function: The concentrator and dewatering machine has perfect automatic monitoring, control and protection function, and the accessories adopt domestic and foreign technology, so the safety is guaranteed.
Modular design: The dewatering body of the equipment adopts modular design and can be disassembled and assembled in whole groups, which greatly reduces the workload and makes it easier to carry out repair, maintenance and servicing of the equipment.
