How to Operate Sludge Dewatering Machine?
The Sludge Dewatering Machine can be used for the treatment of high and low concentration sludge. It can realize 24-hour automatic operation and reduce the work intensity of the staff. The replacement parts are only the screw shaft and the moving ring, which has a long service life and obvious technical advantages.
Operation Steps:
①First fill the PE dosing bucket with water, start the stirring, and then add the medicine according to the dosage ratio of the small test, and stir it for about 30 minutes before adding. Or start the automatic dosing device.
② Before running the Sludge Dewatering Machine, please check whether the rotation direction of the dewatering main body is consistent with the rotation direction marked by the manufacturer.
③ Whether the clearance of the mud plate is set in a reasonable range, if there is a difference, please adjust it.
After checking that everything is OK, it's time to run.
④First turn on the sludge pump, and at the same time turn on the flocculation mixer, the dosing pump and the spindle motor, observe the change of the alum in the flocculation stirring box and the viscosity of the water to adjust the size of the drug and the flow of the sludge until the optimum state (alum) is maintained. Cohesion, clear and non-sticky).
⑤ Observe whether the moisture content of the mud at the front end of the screw stacker is ideal.
⑥ Note that the moisture content of the mud cake after the Sludge Dewatering Machine is generally between 75-85%. Please do not pursue the moisture content excessively, otherwise it may cause adverse consequences such as motor overload and increased equipment wear.
⑦ Before stopping, please turn off the main shaft motor, loosen the mud pressing plate, and then turn on the main shaft motor, so that the dry mud in the main shaft can be fully discharged until the mud is discharged from the mud outlet. First turn off the sludge pump, dosing pump, and flocculation stirring motor (if it is not used for a long time, please open the flocculation box emptying valve before turning off the flocculation stirring motor to empty the sludge in the flocculation box to prevent long-term coagulation). Observe the mud outlet until no sludge is discharged, then turn off the spindle motor, and finally rinse the dewatering cylinder, and the treatment is completed.
