How Does Juice Screw Press Work?
The Juice Screw Press is a movable single-screw press equipment. The screw is divided into three parts: the feeding screw, the pressing screw and the extrusion screw. There is only one main shaft screw. The crushing action can force the material to be conveyed in cooperation with the forced feeding plate to prevent the material from sticking to the screw.
Structure
The machine is composed of frame, transmission system, feeding part, juicing part, hydraulic system and shield and electrical system.
The hydraulic system is provided with pressure oil by a plunger oil pump, and the hydraulic pressure is controlled by a pressure-adjustable relief valve. Two oil cylinders are fixed on the rear support seat, and the size of the discharge port is controlled by the extension of the piston rod. The dry and wet slag discharge can be adjusted. Control anytime as required.
Working principle
The screw part of the Juice Screw Press dehydrator rotates together with the main shaft, and the conveying part and the pressing part are on the same screw. The working area of the screw conveying pushes the material entering the material box to the working area of the screw pressing, and the screw pitch of the pressing screw is reduced and the diameter of the shaft is reduced.
Under the action of the sieve wall and the resistance of the cone, the liquid (juice) contained in the material is squeezed out. The squeezed liquid flows out from the sieve hole and is concentrated in the juice hopper. The pomace is discharged out of the machine through the end of the sieve cylinder, and the slag outlet is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder. Adjusting the oil pressure can change the pressure effect on the material, and is used to adjust the dryness and wetness of the pressing.
Application
It is suitable for pressing materials with less plant fiber and relatively smooth materials, such as new varieties of grapes, berries, cabbage, wax gourd, aloe vera, traditional chinese medicine residues and other fruits and vegetables. It is suitable for extracting juice from fruits and vegetables containing certain fiber, such as fresh grapes after crushing, peel residues after juice separation, or fermented grape residues, sea buckthorn fruit, ginger, spinach, etc.
