The Basic Concept of the Disc Centrifuge

The disc centrifuge is a vertical centrifuge, its drum is installed at the upper end of the vertical shaft, driven by the electric motor through the transmission device and rotates at high speed, there is a group of disc-shaped parts (discs) nested together in the drum, and the disc separator uses the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation to separate a variety of materials that are immiscible and have different densities.
